• Full appraisal report below 1 million           $375-$475
• 2-4 Unit report below 1million dollars          $495
• Drive by form 2055 no interior inspection    $225
• Add on for large property above 1 million    $210

We try to keep our fee schedule simple so for most full reports you can count on paying $375 , however if the property is located in an outlying or rural area/is on acreage or presents some other special difficulty factor click below for additional information.  When you fill out our on-line order form you should indicate any special difficulty if you wish to expedite your order.
