Things I think of in these times!

In this Evolving Market that we are in it is important to do everything we can to make the process of producing our work fast and accurate. Recent investment has been made by us in both Motion LE1600 tablet computer systems as well as the new iPad 2. This will make our service the fastest most efficient in the business. With the use of Alamode software (Wintotal Aurora and Total 2011) combined with Davinci mobile pro and Davinci for Ipad we can gather information, easily diagram property and transmit this data back to our main office for fast production and processing of our appraisal files.

In addition both I and my assistant now have the iPhone 4. This very modern phone system enables a couple of interesting things that have not previously been available to me in the field. With this phone system I can access Mls data for Sold, Pending and Available property while I am in the field with the push of a button. The phone system retrieves my location and then links to Mls to tell me what available, pending or sold properties are near my location. As with the previous blackberry system that I have used in the past we can retrieve your email communications in the field quickly. It is my goal to offer the most up to date fastest service to my clients.

I hope to be of more service to you soon! My main office is now located in the Escondido area which is in the North County of San Diego. We are interested in expanding our appraisal business to do more San Diego County Appraisal work; however please know that we do still service extensively the Riverside Appraisal market. We especially love to do Temecula Appraisals as well as Murrieta Appraisals!
