Things I think of in these times!

So I’m sitting and talking to one of my favorite real estate agents the other day and he tells me that after 3-4 weeks of processing another FHA loan, that the FHA appraiser has brought the appraisal in $40,000 under the sales price. I was just wondering one thing. Maybe real estate agents should order an FHA appraisal at the time when they take the listing if they are going to accept an FHA offer. Remember that FHA appraisals aren’t subject to hvcc compliance yet. Most appraisers know who they are approved with for FHA appraisals and could probably direct you to a good lender. What a concept? We appraise for Temecula, All of Riverside, San Diego, Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.
