Things I think of in these times!

So I get these ridiculous calls from Appraisal management companies that want to hire me for appraisal work at $200-$300 dollars for outlying areas in San Diego County as well as Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino. First of all many don’t realize that some of these areas may require total drive times of up to 5 hours.

So I’m sitting here thinking that it might be a good idea for “us appraisers” to get together and form a coalition listing of our services. It could help save time and money for our clients that appear to be primarily Appraiser management companies as well as Direct lenders. It could be sort of like a “facebook” of Real Estate Appraisers and it wouldn’t have to cost anyone anything to do it. It would just be a cool thing that someone like me who is more tech savvy than most could put together for all of us to enjoy! If you have any feedback let me know!

If this worked I might be able to actually do Escondido Appraisal work for less cost than what I have to charge now because it may enable me to get more appraisal orders than what I have been getting right around my home office.
